About this role
Role Overview
- Reports directly to the Supervisor of Safety and Security.
- Responsible for customer service, service recovery, security screening, weapon detection, and video surveillance systems monitoring.
- Monitor for any safety issues while on foot patrol, responding to alarms, and assisting visitors and patients with guidance and requests.
- Assist Safety and Security Ambassadors' assignments as needed or assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum: High school diploma / GED.
- Preferred: Associate or bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Education, General Education, Management, Technical, Communication, Finance, Business.
