Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across heavy hauling, reefer, and dry van freight
Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities
Sell a full suite of logistics services including heavy hauling, equipment dismantling, crane transportation, international logistics, refrigerated freight, and dry van transportation
Conduct discovery calls and client meetings to understand shipping and transportation needs
Develop customized logistics solutions and pricing strategies based on client requirements
Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and service agreements
Negotiate contracts and close new business
Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business
Track all sales activity, pipeline updates, and forecasts in CRM
Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure successful execution of services
Requirements
3+ years of experience in logistics, freight brokerage, 3PL, or transportation sales
Proven track record of generating new business and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Strong hunter mentality with excellent prospecting and cold outreach skills
Experience selling heavy haul, refrigerated (reefer), dry van, or mixed-mode logistics solutions
Ability to manage full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working independently and managing a structured sales pipeline
Experience using CRM systems for tracking activity, pipeline, and forecasting
Existing book of business or industry relationships is a strong advantage
Must be based in the U.S. and open to travel as needed
