Collaborate with EMS specialists to co-develop innovative energy management solutions.
Take ownership of projects from tender through to commissioning.
Stay ahead of emerging trends, technologies, and market opportunities.
Work closely with Sungrow's international teams to align efforts with global vision.
Represent Sungrow at key industry events and proactively identify new sales opportunities.

Strong commercial and technical background
Solid hands-on experience in sales and marketing, ideally within the solar, renewable energy, or clean tech industry.
Confident working independently and taking full ownership of your territory and results.
Leadership presence to inspire and motivate the people around you (partners, customers, or internal teams).
Adaptable and thrive in fast-changing environments.
Language skills include French at C1/C2 level and English at minimum B2 level; any additional European language is a plus.
Ready and willing to travel regularly across France (more than 50% of the time) and occasionally within Europe and to China.
