Support large-scale event logistics including venue operations, exhibition builds, catering, audio-visual production, transportation, staffing, signage, branding, security, and health & safety.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
Coordinate cross-functional meetings and ensure follow-up on actions, risks, and dependencies.
Monitor project progress, manage changes, and maintain project tracking tools.
Collaborate with internal and external creative teams on content production and event branding.
Create detailed run-of-show documents, production schedules, and attendee flow plans.
Conduct post-event evaluations, KPI analysis, and stakeholder feedback reviews.
Manage vendor documentation, contracts, contact records, and lessons learned for future event planning.
Travel may be required as part of the role.
Requirements
6+ years of experience in event management with a strong background delivering large-scale exhibitions, trade shows, festivals, or consumer events with 30,000+ attendees.
Experience managing complex venue operations and multiple agency/vendor relationships.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
