Familiarity with modern recruiting methods (ATS systems, structured interviews, active sourcing).
Structured, proactive way of working — you enjoy designing processes, not just managing them.
Clear, empathetic communication — with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Identification with DEHIB’s social mission and a genuine interest in meaningful work.
Very good German language skills (C1/C2); English skills are an advantage.

Access to the DEHIB network of social organizations and professionals nationwide.
