Lead delivery of unified communications components within the enterprise network and communications roadmap
Conduct current-state assessments of telephony, UC platforms, and communications infrastructure
Design and implement modern telephony and UC platforms, including cloud-based voice and contact centre solutions
Mentor and collaborate with technical, clinical, and business teams to enhance performance
Participate in operational support, including incident response and platform monitoring

Extensive experience in unified communications, telephony, and voice engineering within large enterprise environments
Strong hands-on experience across a mix of legacy and modern communications platforms
Strong troubleshooting capability managing high-impact incidents and escalations
Experience working across both project and operational environments
Solid understanding of ITIL-aligned service management practices
