As a Trainee, you will support our team on exciting customer projects in the Retail & Services sector.
Step by step, you will take on responsibility in digital projects and gain an understanding of the diverse industries of our clients.
You will assist our team in the development and implementation of digital solutions (apps, portals, process workflows) for international clients.
You will help to understand customer requirements and translate them into initial solution concepts and digital processes.
You will contribute to presentations, proposals, and client meetings and gain insights into day-to-day project work.
You will assist with project planning and coordination and, together with the team, help keep deadlines on track.
You will work closely with project managers, developers, and designers and take on your first independent tasks.
You will monitor market and technology trends and support analyses as well as the identification of new opportunities and potentials.
You will support the identification of upselling and further development opportunities with existing clients and help to develop suitable approaches.

University degree: Bachelor or Master in Business Administration or Business Informatics — or currently pursuing one.
Ideally, some practical experience in an IT, digital, or project environment.
Convincing and confident presence.
Affinity for digitalization and its technical implementation.
Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset and approach.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Very good German and English language skills.
