Provide support for existing SAP template functionality and ensure system stability.
Deliver enhancements, process improvements, and defect resolutions aligned with business priorities.
Analyze code and identify issues to accelerate development and troubleshooting.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand commercial and operational requirements.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
Balance standard SAP capabilities with innovative solutions that drive efficiency and business value.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.
Act as a recognized Subject Matter Expert (SME) within key functional areas.
Provide knowledge transfer to support teams, trainers, and external consultants.
Contribute to global project initiatives and best-practice sharing across regions.
Identify opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation within SAP Sales & Distribution processes.
Support the implementation of AI-driven use cases across the Order-to-Cash lifecycle.
Contribute to TD SYNNEX's digital transformation strategy through innovative technology solutions.

5–7 years of experience as an SAP SD Consultant or in a similar ERP consulting role.
Strong hands-on experience configuring and supporting SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) solutions.
Solid understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes and their integration with SAP.
Experience working within SAP ECC 6.7 environments is required.
Exposure to S/4HANA is considered an advantage.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Ability to collaborate effectively in an international and cross-functional environment.
Experience with AI, automation, or intelligent process optimization within ERP environments is an advantage.
Fluent English is required; an additional European language is considered a plus.
