Develop and sustain customer buying plan and buying proficiency with key customers.
Develop and implement sales training for internal sales team proficiencies.
Develop and implement sales programs and marketing strategy.
Ensure success in supplier to customer supply chain.
Requirements
5 to 8 years of relevant work experience
3 to 5 years of experience directly managing / supervising employees.
Minimum Diploma is required.
Experienced in Distribution business either in channel management, product marketing management or related experience in a similar capacity in high volume, fast-paced sales and marketing function.
Ability in leading a team of like minded professionals to address high pace, high volume sales and marketing business
Ability to plan, strategize and assign appropriate work load to team members
Knowledge in IT channel business, supply chain and government tendering process
Ability to publicly speak
Ability to effectively communicate (verbal & written), listen, listen and problem solve with the market players.
Ability to gather and analyze information and apply sound judgement in arriving at appropriate conclusions and determining resolutions priorities.
