Role Overview
- Verification and quality control checking of payments processed by the team
- Completion of daily automated EFT payment report
- Managing daily deposit movements between Davy and partnering institutions
- Posting of deposit interest and query resolution
- Processing of FX transactions on behalf of clients
- Partnering with Group Risk and departmental risk teams to promote a strong risk culture
- Assisting team director with strategic projects and system developments
- Providing support to other members of the team and covering team members as required
- Operating in line with risk and compliance frameworks and associated policies
Requirements
- Relevant third level degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
- Previous banking/payment experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Critical thinking skills, accuracy, and diligence
- Experience of successfully working to tight deadlines
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, flexible outlook and a high level of initiative and enthusiasm
- Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
