Administration and maintenance of servers (Windows/Linux);
Administration and support of cloud environments (Azure/AWS) and Office 365 (Microsoft 365 Apps, SharePoint, OneDrive);
Level 3 support for incidents, requests and changes in the environment;
Collaboration with the IT team on infrastructure projects and analysis of performance, scalability and availability of environments;
Identification and resolution of infrastructure failures, including liaising with vendors and managing warranty claims for equipment;
Use of a ticketing system for handling and escalating incidents;
Creation and maintenance of documentation related to projects, systems, tools and infrastructure.

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related fields;
Proven experience in server administration and cloud environments;
Skills in fault analysis and troubleshooting infrastructure issues;
Ability to work in a team and collaborate on infrastructure projects;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Technical knowledge:
Operating Systems: Windows (Desktops/Servers), Linux (Servers);
Cloud Environments: Azure, AWS;
Virtual Machine (VM) concepts;
Knowledge of AD (Active Directory), DNS, DHCP, GPO (Group Policy Objects);
Office 365 and SharePoint;
Monitoring and Logs: asset monitoring and log management tools.
Differentials:
Networking knowledge (firewalls, switches, routers, access points);
Experience implementing and maintaining IT security policies, ensuring compliance and automating provisioning (CI/CD);
Tools and Technologies: Docker (images, containers, Compose), Kubernetes, CI/CD.
