About this role
Role Overview
Be the primary point of contact for your portfolio of customers, managing their orders from receipt through delivery.
Enter and validate orders, coordinate their progress through the various stages of production.
Maintain proactive communication with customers throughout the process.
Identify potential issues and take the necessary actions to keep operations running smoothly.
Work closely with the Production, Prepress, and Sales teams to ensure optimal customer experience.
Requirements
College diploma (DEC) or equivalent education and experience.
3 to 5 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience managing customer accounts and building strong client relationships.
Bilingual in French and English to support our international customer base.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a strong sense of urgency.
