Accounting recordkeeping (bank reconciliations, preparation of financial statements, ratios and related tasks) for companies taxed under the Simples Nacional and Lucro Presumido regimes;
Submission of statutory filings and ancillary obligations (such as DEFIS, ECD, ECF);
Registration of accounting books with the Board of Trade (Juntas Comerciais);
Provide technical accounting support and clarify technical accounting questions for the support team and other accounting staff;
Assist in distributing workloads, resolving escalations, and participating in meetings as necessary.

Knowledge of general accounting principles;
Familiarity with accounting software (Questor);
Intermediate knowledge of taxation;
Advanced knowledge of accounting regulations;
Knowledge of accounting-related statutory obligations;
Skill in analyzing and reconciling accounting accounts;
Intermediate skills in preparing and analyzing financial and accounting statements;
Intermediate knowledge of payroll-related taxes;
Experience preparing, validating and submitting the ECD (Escrituração Contábil Digital) and ECF (Escrituração Contábil Fiscal) filings for companies taxed under Lucro Presumido;
Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Ciências Contábeis);
Registration with the Regional Accounting Council (CRC).
