Role Overview
- Support in the origination of Project Finance commercial opportunities
- Assist in identifying target industries/clients by analyzing financial profiles
- Conduct analysis of operations, including detailed modeling
- Carry out debt financial model for defining debt structure proposals
- Provide support in obtaining necessary risk and business pre-approvals
- Conduct the due diligence process, checking and reviewing all documents
- Report to the Project Finance Industry Manager about ongoing transactions
Requirements
- Proficiency in Project Finance
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to conduct detailed modeling
- Experience in drafting and negotiating contracts
- Excellent communication skills and client interaction
- Must be fluent in English.
