Platform Engineer (Mid) – Harness, GitHub Actions

Role Overview

• Develop technology solutions within the Harness + GitHub Actions ecosystem
• Implement RBAC models to ensure security and scalability
• Create frameworks and standards for components, pipelines and reusable content
• Ensure quality, reliability and security of platform executions
• Support development teams in adopting and getting the most out of the platform
• Help build a more automated, standardized and intelligent operation
• Use code assistants and intelligent agents in the development flow
• Automate repetitive and operational tasks
• Build increasingly autonomous and intelligent pipelines and executions
• Orchestrate workflows where AI and engineers work together

Requirements

• Intermediate experience with:
• Harness (CI/CD)
• GitHub SCM / Actions
• AWS services (EKS, EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda)
• Containers (Docker / Kubernetes)
• Infrastructure automation (CloudFormation / Terraform)
• Development (Java, .NET, Python, Node.js)
• Tools (Artifactory)
• Knowledge in:
• Platform governance
• RBAC and access control
• Planning and organizing technical processes
• Supporting and interacting with internal customers (development teams)
