Lead end-to-end Recruitment & Selection processes for different levels and areas of the organization, ensuring quality, agility, diversity and alignment with the company culture;
Act as a strategic partner to leadership, supporting decision-making and contributing to the development of high-performance teams;
Develop and implement talent attraction, selection and retention initiatives, strengthening the employee value proposition and employer brand;
Support the implementation, review and evolution of HR policies, practices and processes, promoting consistency, governance and continuous improvement;
Guide leaders and employees on people management topics, including development, feedback, performance, career, organizational climate and conflict resolution;
Participate in performance management cycles, potential assessments, individual development plans (IDPs), succession planning and leadership development programs;
Lead needs assessment, planning, implementation and monitoring of training and development programs aligned with business strategies;
Plan and execute initiatives focused on organizational culture, employee engagement and experience, and on fostering an inclusive, collaborative and results-oriented environment;
Track and analyze HR metrics, preparing reports and insights that support decision-making and the evolution of people processes;
Support internal mobility, promotions, transfers and terminations, ensuring a positive experience and alignment with corporate policies;
Work in close partnership with the Compensation & Benefits team;
Collaborate on strategic HR projects, supporting organizational transformation initiatives, change management, internal communications and strengthening corporate culture.
Requirements
Experience in Human Resources.
Experience in the construction sector is a plus.
