Provide excellent customer service and assist with answering questions.
Gather additional AUM from existing clients
Obtain referrals from existing client base
Maintain up to date calendar to include appointments, tasks and internal meetings
Stay up to date on current events, the market and the economy
Develop COI relations with other professionals
Ensure regulatory compliance is followed.
Establish, maintain and update files, databases, records and/or other documents.
Operate standard office equipment and use the required software applications.
Attend Client functions, as assigned, which may be after office hours
Requirements
6+ years of applicable industry experience
Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation
Strong proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office products
Four-year college degree in business, preferably with an emphasis in Finance or Accounting
Ability to review, research, interpret, and discuss investment, financial, macroeconomic and security specific data with Senior Advisors and clients
Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to communicate information to a financially sophisticated audience
Prioritization skills, multi-task skills, able to manage many time-sensitive tasks simultaneously
Ability to delegate tasks and projects to others within the organization, to follow up as appropriate, and to work in a team environment
