Conduct coaching of the clinic staff and provide acknowledging and developmental feedback to staff.
Develop and execute training plans to foster continued development and exceptional performance.
Analyze and review all KPI & sales reports and action the necessary steps to maximize per provider productivity opportunities.
Prepare and plan regular clinic visits to provide effective coaching, support team growth, and drive overall business performance.
Requirements
University/College Degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sale, healthcare related field (Optical, pharmacy etc.) and/or client focused industry in a multi-unit management capacity.
