Contribute to the design of new hardware and infrastructure solutions that support the SINACOR system.
Perform installation and deployment of the SINACOR system on pre-provisioned servers (servers provided by infrastructure teams).
Execute and validate system configurations according to the technical architecture and business requirements.
Conduct end-to-end (E2E) system testing, ensuring functional integrity, stability, and performance.
Plan, coordinate, and manage user acceptance testing (UAT) with business users, including test execution, issue tracking, follow-up on fixes, and final approval.
Act as a liaison between business, infrastructure, and application teams, ensuring alignment among local and global stakeholders.
Support troubleshooting and problem resolution during testing and implementation phases.
Maintain clear documentation, task tracking, and evidence to ensure traceability and audit readiness.
Requirements
Proven hands-on experience with the SINACOR system.
Strong knowledge of brokerage and capital markets business processes.
Experience installing, configuring, and deploying applications in controlled environments.
Strong knowledge of testing processes, including E2E and UAT.
Ability to work effectively with multiple teams across different locations and global environments.
Strong organizational and task-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
English language skills.
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
English required for technical discussions and documentation.
Advanced proficiency in English is mandatory for engagement with global stakeholders.
