Role Overview
- Serve as primary HR contact for US-based employees
- Support onboarding processes for new hires
- Manage employee personnel files for compliance
- Process employment verifications
- Oversee performance management system administration
- Facilitate goal-setting and OKR alignment
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of US employment laws
- Experience with HR compliance
- Experience in managing full-cycle payroll for US-based employees (1-3 years preferred)
- Familiarity with US tax forms (W-2, 1099, 940 / 941)
- Proficiency with US HRIS and payroll platforms (ADP, Gusto, Paychex, Rippling / BambooHR)
