Support the implementation and deployment of the e‑procurement portal through the structuring, cleaning, and participating in the migration of contracts and supplier data
Contribute to the centralization and updating of contract and supplier data in preparation for migration to the new e-procurement portal
Ensure the quality, accuracy, and compliance of contract and supplier information
Support the standardization of contract templates and procurement data management processes within the new e-procurement tool
Participate in the deployment of the e-procurement portal across the departments by assisting users and providing first-level support on the tool
Support procurement activities under supervision: Assist the Strategic Buyer or Procurement Coordinator in managing procurement files for goods and services, at both Spanish and international level
Support internal departments in needs assessment, supplier sourcing, and procurement-related processes
Contribute to bid analysis, supplier negotiations, and the selection of suppliers based on predefined criteria.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management or a related field
Fluency in Spanish and English (minimum B2 level) is required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, including pivot tables, formulas and data analysis
Experience with ERP systems will be considered an asset
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage and organize information accurately
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide effective support to internal users and stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to work in multicultural environments, with strong teamwork, planning and organizational skills
Commitment to MSF principles and a strong orientation towards quality and results.
