Lead workshops with stakeholders across North and South America to gather requirements
Define KPIs, metrics, reporting needs, and business rules
Translate requirements into clear deliverables
Support end-to-end BI solution design within Microsoft Fabric
Collaborate closely with the India-based BI development team
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and BI engineering teams
Define and validate data models, KPI logic, and semantic layers
Guide the development of intuitive, high-performing dashboards
Contribute to data governance and standardization
Drive continuous improvement in BI processes

5+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics
Expertise in requirements gathering and solution design
Experience working in global environments and offshore delivery models
Working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric
Lakehouse, data warehousing, data pipelines
Power BI models, medallion architecture
ETL/ELT processes, dimensional modeling
Strong business and functional skills
Experience in Agile environments
Familiarity with Azure, background in manufacturing or multinational organizations
