Role Overview
- Participate in the analysis of claims notifications in accordance with policy terms and conditions
- Contribute to the assembly and completion of claims settlement files
- Assist in collecting and verifying supporting documentation
- Support investigations related to payment defaults
- Participate in communications with internal teams (collections, underwriting, claims management)
- Update information in internal systems/tools
- Support case tracking and ensure adherence to processing deadlines
- Assist in the preparation of basic reports
- Provide support for administrative and accounting operations related to the files
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in management, finance, or accounting
- Eligible for the ANAPEC program
- Good written and verbal communication skills (French)
- Proactive, autonomous, detail-oriented, and team-oriented
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
