About this role
Role Overview
Serve as the primary Headquarters contact for a national convenience retail chain
Develop and execute a multi-year business strategy aligning with customer’s growth objectives
Lead price package architecture, investment strategies, program development
Design and implement innovative, consumer-focused solutions
Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders
Conduct regular business reviews aligning strategies with customer needs
Partner with Coca-Cola franchise bottlers to execute market strategies
Leverage analytical expertise to assess key business drivers
Employ agile management practices for initiatives evaluation
Requirements
5–10+ years of experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry
Strong background in customer management and marketing
Expertise in data analysis and identifying growth opportunities
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
Experience in developing and executing innovative, customer-centric solutions
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
25–35% travel required
