Support the Finance, Investment, and Banking Department’s academic and administrative operations.
Oversee academic program planning, course scheduling, and instructor assignments.
Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support.
Lead academic program initiatives and events.
Support faculty activities—including promotion and review processes.
Manage critical administrative functions such as curriculum updates, expense processing, financial coordination, and other departmental procedures.
Work closely with the Department Chair to ensure efficient communication and processes.
Requirements
A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in an office environment.
High degree of attention to detail.

Ability to identify, develop, and implement effective processes and procedures affecting a variety of stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to relate complex information in an understandable fashion to a variety of people with various levels of knowledge on the topic.

Ability to process information and learn in a complex campus environment and work proactively, creatively, and flexibly to solve problems.
Experience using spreadsheets for managing projects, tracking expenditures, and similar functions.

Experience working in higher education.
Willingness and ability to acquire knowledge of policies and procedures relating to human resources, payroll, purchasing, and accounting services.
