Install, service and manage the equipment fleet: order spare parts for service calls, open service requests and work orders, perform instrument updates, provide operator training during the installation phase (Hematology) and coordinate deployments across sites
Manage communication with customers
Carry out administrative activities
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in diagnostics
Knowledge of electronics, mechanics and robotics
Strong customer relationship skills
Intermediate level of English required
