Develop and execute strategic plan for the Diagnostics business.
Own and drive the end-to-end product portfolio strategy for the diagnostics business, including growth, profitability, and market positioning
Ensure portfolio performance delivers against CVS and KPIs, leading PSP problem-solving processes to identify root-causes and implementation of counter-measures, as required.
Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the D&G and LF organization as a member of the leadership team
Contribute to delivery of the innovation pipeline through leadership at the Innovation Council and ownership of own portfolio deliverables. Ensure a clear flow of projects to meet IFV/IPV targets
Partner cross-functionally with R&D, operations, and commercial teams to ensure successful NPD execution and product launches
Spearhead design-in mentality across the organization to enhance long term success
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 4 direct reports, fostering a high-performance culture. Ensure clear communication of goals, expectations, and feedback to the team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, marketing, or portfolio leadership
Experience working cross-functionally with R&D, operations, and commercial teams to deliver new product development (NPD)
Experience leading and developing teams, including direct management of product management teams
Demonstrated experience managing product portfolios with P&L responsibility and delivering against revenue and margin targets
Ability to travel internationally – up to 35% of the time and up to consecutive weeks
