Support the HR Department on all company-wide employment law matters
Prepare for and participate in employee representative bodies (CSE, CSSCT — Social and Economic Committee and Health, Safety and Working Conditions Committee)
Contribute to constructive social dialogue
Support implementation of collective agreements and unilateral employer decisions (DUE)
Participate in the analysis and management of internal cases
Draft, ensure the legal soundness of, and monitor contractual documents
Coordinate the management of occupational illness cases
Assist in handling sensitive individual situations
Maintain active legal monitoring and provide legal advice and expertise
Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
Master's degree (Bac+5 equivalent) in employment/social law
Ability to analyze situations with a strategic perspective
Strong organizational skills and rigorous prioritization
Autonomy in handling and following up on cases
Proactive in identifying and resolving issues
