Associate Multi-Market Analyst

Role Overview

• Analyze RFP documents provided by Brokers and/or Sales Consultants
• Enter and maintain quoting activity in CRM platforms
• Follow up with Brokers on outstanding documents
• Collaborate with Sales Team to communicate quoting strategy
• Ensure timely responses to communications
• Accurately log and close sold group opportunities in CRM systems
• Monitor and flag opportunities for process improvement
• Facilitate communication with internal teams and clients

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Preferred 1-3 years of experience in a healthcare, insurance, or broker support role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce is highly preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
