Responsible for IT project management and end-to-end application governance, including defining and managing business and compliance requirements for the bank’s Order Management System (OMS)
Maintain and further develop the OMS as a central control hub to prevent errors and optimize order routing by managing orders across multiple channels from a single platform
Monitor operational stability and performance, ensuring the application functions optimally
Collaborate with relevant departments to improve services or implement new requirements in related areas, including network components
Develop new integrations, market connections and features within the Front Arena trading system
Support day-to-day operations to ensure safe, reliable and efficient service delivery, and drive continuous improvement
Improve system stability and promote automation
Oversee supplier management and SLAs, including documenting supplier performance
Ensure compliance with the bank’s IT policies and maintain up-to-date documentation
Participate in ad hoc projects as required
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
Technical and operational experience in banking with hands-on work on the Front Arena trading system
Familiarity with market data and trading protocols
Knowledge of FIS Front Arena Prime and ADS, Front Arena Automation, Microsoft Windows Server and MS SQL
Experience with FIX (Financial Information eXchange) protocol, Python, PowerShell and SQL
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a team-oriented mindset and good organizational abilities
Service-oriented approach combined with a pragmatic attitude and an interest in leadership and project management responsibilities
Proficiency in German and English, with effective communication skills in both languages
