Bank reconciliations, month-end/year-end close support, accruals, financial reporting, QuickBooks maintenance

3+ years of experience in AP, A/R, and full-cycle payroll
Experience with construction accounting and weekly payroll processing (preferred)
Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online or Desktop) and Excel
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to work independently
