Working Student - Digital Marketing, Performance Advertising

Role Overview

• Support for ongoing client projects (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and, where applicable, Programmatic)
• Assist in the setup and optimization of campaigns
• Support the creation of targeting, creatives, budgets, and KPI analyses
• Analyze campaign data and prepare concise reports
• Gain insight into data-driven marketing and funnel strategies
• Contribute to testing, audience modeling, and performance optimizations
• Collaborate with the ads team and coordinate with SEO, analytics, and data tools

Requirements

• Strong interest in online marketing, data, and performance
• Enjoy analytical thinking and combine creativity with logical reasoning
• Interest in trends, tools, and digital platforms
• Eager to understand advertising through data and audience insights
• Work in a structured way and willing to take on responsibility
• Communicative and customer-oriented
• Ideally have initial experience (studies, internships, personal projects)
• Live in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) or able to commute to Cologne regularly
