Role Overview
- You ensure that our packages are shipped on time and coordinate pickups with our shipping provider
- You proactively develop new processes and identify solutions to further automate existing workflows
- You analyze data from our internal processes regarding quality, costs, output, productivity, etc., and derive actionable recommendations
- You oversee projects within operations and take full responsibility for their implementation
- You work closely with our warehouse team
- You coordinate and negotiate with suppliers and partners
Requirements
- You have a business-related vocational qualification, are pursuing a degree, or have other prior experience you believe makes you an ideal fit for this internship
- You enjoy quickly getting to grips with new challenges and independently developing solutions
- You have a hands-on mentality and are willing to pitch in when needed
- You possess analytical skills, are highly organized, and act in a solution-oriented manner
- You have excellent written and spoken German and advanced English skills
