Requirements analysis: Documenting and evaluating the customer’s business processes to define ERP requirements
System configuration: Setting up and customizing Business Central according to the company’s specific needs
Data migration: Planning and executing the transfer of legacy data into the new ERP system
Training and support: Conducting end-user training and providing post-go-live support
Process optimization: Advising on improving business processes through targeted use of ERP functionality
Project management: Coordinating ERP implementation projects including scheduling and resource planning
Teamwork and communication: Close collaboration with software development colleagues to ensure smooth operations

Completed commercial education, preferably with IT focus, or at least 1–2 years of professional experience as an IT consultant is an advantage
Solid experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Dynamics 365 Business Central — either as an IT consultant or a key user
Professional knowledge of business processes: Understanding of business operations in areas such as financial accounting, purchasing, sales, inventory, or production
Technical know-how
Project management competence: Ability to plan, manage and successfully deliver ERP projects
Experience with training and support: Know-how in conducting end-user training and handling support requests
Strong communication skills: Confident demeanor with customers, ability to explain complex issues clearly
Analytical thinking: Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into functional ERP solutions
