Role Overview
Overseeing the operations and performance of multiple Service Centers
Providing direct leadership to three Service Center Leads
Ensuring alignment with customer requirements and project scope delivery
Driving continuous improvement across facilities
Managing accurate inventory and logistics
Acting as a bridge between Service Center operations and senior leadership
Delivering operational insights, performance metrics, and customer readiness updates to leadership
Collaborating cross-functionally for workflow enhancements and space utilization strategies
Requirements
Proven experience managing multiple warehouse, service center, or logistics teams across multiple locations
Legally eligible to work in the United States
Strong working knowledge of inventory management systems (HCAP preferred), audit requirements, and facility optimization strategies
Demonstrated success in people management, process standardization, and cross-functional leadership
Excellent communication skills, strategic problem-solving, and ability to influence at all levels
Experience with high-value equipment handling, shipping, and compliance
Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing demands.
