Requirements
- Engineering bachelor’s degree or Education bachelor’s degree
- At least 1 year of experience in similar positions
- Intermediate English (verbal and writing communication skills)
- Critical Thinking/Analytical Skills
- Knowledge in Lean Methodologies
- Knowledge Data Analysis and Reporting
- Ability to lead training sessions and facilitate group learning
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate with technicians, engineers, and managers
- Capability to utilize technology for training
- Preferred: LMS (Learning Management System) experience
