Role Overview
- Oversee daily activities of donor floor operations and supervising staff
- Support compliance with regulatory and quality standards
- Act as a lead resource during shifts to ensure execution of operational priorities
- Provide direct support to the Center Manager in driving performance and donor satisfaction
- Monitor donor flow and proactively address any service issues
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Certified as a Phlebotomist, Donor Center Technician, Plasma Processor, and Designated Trainer
- CPR Certified
- 6 years of related experience with performing phlebotomy, donor processing, and plasma processing duties
