Represents organizational unit on administrative matters
Recommends, interprets, and/or implements company and internal administrative policies and procedures
Performs as a generalist a combination of administrative tasks in such functional areas as finance, human resources, purchasing, research and development
May prepare budgeting, project scheduling, and statistical reports as required
Facility and Capacity planner/building site owner
Work with Facilities Proper to successfully transition departments in and out of building sites
Serve as primary contact and POC for addressing all facility issues and concerns
Partner with the Safety/Security/Parking Solutions/Facilities teams to address site concerns and/or cascade important information on their behalf
Plan/manage equipment moves in and out of buildings
Set up video teleconferencing meetings for engineering departments
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of relevant exempt experience
Master’s Degree and 4 year of relevant professional experience
One of the following may be used as equivalent to Bachelor's Degree to meet minimum qualifications:
NNS Apprentice School graduate
Navy Nuclear Power School (NNPS) graduate
Associate's Degree or other formal 2 year program and 2 years of relevant exempt experience or 4 years of relevant non-exempt experience
Military Paygrade E-5 or above military experience
High School/GED and 4 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience or other relevant exempt experience
High School/GED and 8 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience or other relevant non-exempt experience
