Role Overview
- Provide remote technical support and diagnostics to healthcare customers and field partners
- Deliver timely and accurate troubleshooting support as a Philips representative
- Resolve service issues using internal tools, systems, and knowledge resources
- Escalate complex product issues to higher-level support
- Utilize remote capabilities to efficiently resolve issues and reduce onsite service dispatch
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Philips imaging systems
- 1+ years of experience with structured query language and Windows servers
- Skills in computer networking
- Skills in technical solutions authoring
- Ability to solve mechanical and electrical issues
- Associate degree or higher in a technical discipline preferred
- Must be able to perform the minimum physical, cognitive and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation
