Assists in the implementation of individual’s IP individualized day non-vocational (IDN) goals
Provides support and guidance to persons served in their residential home and in the community
Engages and supports individuals in achieving the goals and assist with any emotional or behavioral supports
Documents all services daily
Works directly with persons served individually and develops skills for persons served
Implements prescribed clinical, educational, behavioral programs
Responsible for specific data collection and performing bi-monthly analysis of data
Maintains physical upkeep of the program area
Acts as advocate for persons served
Completes required direct care training
Performs other related duties, as required

One year of experience/training in a related function
A high school diploma or equivalent is required
Driving is a requirement for this position using either a Vinfen van or personal vehicle
Must possess and maintain adequate insurance as well as maintain a safe driving record
A valid driver's license must be presented at the time of employment
Incumbents must be at least 21 years of age
Must be able to pass a driver's screening background check
