- Handling all aspects of complex Employment Practice Liability claims
- Making coverage determinations and investigating losses
- Developing and implementing resolution strategies
- Working with defense counsel and collaborating with underwriting
Requirements
- A minimum of six or more years of experience handling complex insurance claims, litigation or other related experience
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of the litigation and arbitration process
- Juris Doctor is preferred.
