Participate in varying levels of engagement with customers and company teams on Problem Solving, Change Management, Customer and Internal Audits, Project Development, Product Support and Development Programs, as well as many other cross-functional tasks and projects that are aligned with Entegris and Customer goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams at varying levels and varying degrees of complexity across a vast range of products, regions and companies. (customers and suppliers).

Provide support for various documentation expectations such as business process documents, item tracking, performance reporting and continuous improvement project management.
Requirements
Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electric/Electronic Engineering, or related technical field
5+ years experience in an engineering role in the areas of quality, process, equipment or materials, ideally within the semiconductor industry, however other manufacturing industries will be considered.
Experience managing issues and projects between internal stakeholders and customers with experience in escalation.
Project management experience with a focus on closing gaps between company capabilities and customer needs.
Experience with applicable quality tools such as pareto, FMEA’s, SPC/SQC, histograms, trend analysis, process mapping, design of experiments, cause and effect diagrams, 8D problem solving methodology
Flexibility to work non-standard hours and alternate work shifts to balance workload across a North America and Asia scope of responsibility.
Experience with working and communicating between North America-based manufacturing facilities and Asia based support teams and customers.
Ability to travel 10% to 50% domestic and international
