Role Overview
Provide administrative support to Financial Consultants
Schedule appointments for account reviews
Interact directly with clients on service inquiries
Process transactions related to client accounts
Prepare financial reports to track team(s) progress to goal
Identify, research, analyze, and resolve customer account issues
Support Financial Consultant(s) with the work the book strategy
Manage FC(s) calendar for appointments and meetings
Requirements
High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent
1+ Years experience as an administrative assistant or comparable investment & insurance industry position
Proven customer service skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent skill levels with Microsoft Office including MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint
Life, Health, and Accident license preferred within 6 months of hire
Variable Annuity license preferred within 12 months of hire
Series 7 license preferred within 12 months of hire
Series 63 or Series 66 license preferred within 90 days of passing Series 7
