Validate technology design, software releases, new Cisco technology solutions for projects/accounts to accelerate customer outcomes
Build customer simulations in test labs to resolve/validate sophisticated problems& compatibility issues
Execute test cases and write scripts based on customer test environment and requirements.
Create and deliver customer collateral, portals, documentation and knowledge transfer
Automate test cases as per requirements and wherever we have identified automation opportunity, implement automation idea for delivery perfection and efficiency
Proactively recognizes and flags problems; understands the impact and implication of the problem; works with others to resolve problem.

Typically requires BSc Computer Science or equivalent plus 2-3 years of relevant work experience
Knowledge of software programmability (Python/ansible/Rest APIs), automation, orchestration and/or virtualization
Demonstrable experience in Installation, Configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco Routers and switches
Expert & Professional level Cisco certifications like CCIE, CCNP are highly desired
Strong understanding ,experience & expertise on minimum one technology areas mentioned below ENT & Service Provide Technologies
Technical Expertise in Mobility Technology Domain with Demonstrated Expertise in one or more of the following areas – 2G, 3G and 4G LTE Mobile Packet Core networks
Ability to function in ambiguous circumstances.
Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
