About this role
Role Overview
Identify, engage, and develop strategic partnerships with elevator manufacturers (OEMs), ISPs, distributors, and service companies.
Negotiate and close long-term, multi-year agreements that support large-scale deployment of our digital advertising screens.
Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key partners to drive sustained growth.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, product, marketing) to ensure seamless execution of partnership commitments.
Analyze partnership performance, market trends, and new business opportunities to inform the growth strategy.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our partnership opportunities.
Collaborate with in-marketing to develop partnership materials and content focused on educating and encouraging partnership within the elevator sector.
Requirements
5+ years of elevator experience in partnership management, business development, and/or operational roles
Proven success in negotiating and managing long-term strategic agreements
Strong industry network or familiarity with elevator systems, ISPs, or out-of-home advertising ecosystems
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently in a startup environment
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and project management skills
A passion for technology and smart-city innovation.
