Role Overview
- Administer and support SolarWinds monitoring environment
- Manage SIEM platforms, monitoring tools, and network infrastructure
- Troubleshoot complex server, network, and security issues
- Perform system upgrades, maintenance, and performance tuning
- Develop automation scripts and operational procedures
- Support disaster recovery and failover initiatives
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Lead technical projects and mentor junior team members
- Participate in 24x7 on-call support rotation
- Ensure compliance with security and governance standards
Requirements
- 10+ Years of SolarWinds Administration experience (WPM, SAM, UDT, WHD)
- 10+ Years of SIEM Platform experience
- 10+ Years of Automation Scripting experience
- 10+ Years of PCI / NIST / Pub1075 Security Implementations and Audits
- Strong Network Administration and Infrastructure Support experience
- Experience with Monitoring Tools, Server Administration, and Security Operations
- Root Cause Analysis and Incident Resolution expertise
- Experience mentoring and leading technical teams
