In this role you will be a central part of our project teams and guide our clients step by step through the implementation of Dynamics 365.
You will create tangible improvements in their business processes — and experience the impact of your work directly.
Your responsibilities include, among others: conducting requirements analyses, client meetings, workshops and presentations.
Coordinating and leading projects in collaboration with our development department.
Training key users in their business processes.
Developing appropriate solution concepts for the customer-specific customization of Dynamics 365.
Supporting our existing customers after the successful introduction of Dynamics 365.

A completed academic or vocational education, e.g., in business administration, business informatics, or a related field.
Several years of experience in ERP consulting, preferably in the Dynamics 365 environment.
Strong functional knowledge in production, trade & logistics, or finance.
The ability to quickly grasp complex business contexts and map them in the ERP.
Analytical strength, communication at eye level, and a desire to genuinely help customers progress.
Personal responsibility, team spirit, groundedness — and the motivation to shape things together.
Very good German and English skills.
