Build custom software that replaces manual processes and legacy systems with purpose-built tools for specific teams
Work directly with internal teams to understand workflows and rapidly ship improvements
Prototype new ideas quickly using modern AI tooling and coding agents
Experiment constantly with new workflows, interfaces, and operational tooling patterns
Contribute across the stack — frontend, backend, AI workflows, and infrastructure
Help define how a modern engineering team uses AI to build and ship products faster
Requirements
1-3 years of software engineering experience
You’re a strong full-stack engineer who enjoys building end-to-end products
You regularly use tools like Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, subagents, superpowers, custom MCPs and skills, and you have been reinventing your development process multiple times in the past 6 months.
You’re highly product-minded and enjoy solving real operational problems
You move quickly and are comfortable working in ambiguous environments
You care about shipping useful software and iterating based on feedback
You enjoy working closely with users and learning their workflows deeply
You’re curious about how AI changes software development itself
You’re excited by ownership, autonomy, and fast iteration cycles
