Role Overview
- Inspect residential, commercial and specialist properties, both internally and externally
- Conduct five pre-planned daily routes, totaling approximately 40 appointments per week
- Responsible for assessing and documenting the structural and technical condition of properties
- Take measurements, calculate living areas, and document current construction status and maintenance measures
- Regular digital communication with colleagues about current team matters
Requirements
- Affinity for real estate and initial experience in the real estate sector, or a strong interest in this field
- Ideally, experience with living-area calculations and measurements
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work independently
- Accuracy, conscientiousness and a responsible approach to work
- Well-groomed, service-oriented and friendly manner, even in stressful situations
- Valid Class B driving licence and some driving experience
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
