Serve as the contractor's primary interface with the Government.
Manage overall contract performance and personnel.
Develop and maintain the Project Management Plan.
Monitor project schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
Lead quality assurance and quality control activities.
Prepare monthly, annual, and ad hoc reports.
Facilitate executive meetings and document decisions and action items.
Develop briefing materials, presentations, and strategic planning documents.
Support correspondence management, records management, FOIA, FACA, and content management initiatives.
Oversee Section 508 compliance activities.
Manage transition planning and knowledge transfer activities.
Ensure all deliverables meet contract requirements and quality standards.
Support continuous process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience providing business services to Federal organizations.
Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in:
o Federal Records Management
o Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requirements
o Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA) requirements
o Section 508 compliance requirements
o Federal technical writing requirements
Demonstrated expertise in Federal Records Management.
Demonstrated expertise in Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requirements and processes.
Demonstrated expertise in Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA) requirements and processes.
Demonstrated expertise in Section 508 accessibility compliance.
Demonstrated expertise in Federal technical writing and documentation development.
Experience managing Federal projects involving correspondence management, content management, records management, or business process improvement.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience developing project plans, schedules, risk management plans, and executive-level reports and briefings.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate activities across diverse stakeholders.
Minimum two (2) years of experience with Federal correspondence management systems.
